2009 SPORTSMAN’S PARADISE FALL FESTIVAL
OCTOBER 2nd & 3rd

Our annual Sportsman’s Paradise Fall Festival welcomes all sportsman and their families to our community to hunt and fish in our vast hunting reserves and privately leased hunting areas near our Town of Marion. Our festival includes a parade, amazing musical guests and delicious food held annually in downtown Marion. Festival starts on Saturday, September 19 with the Sportsman’s Pageant on Friday night, October 2, the Sportsman’s Banquet will be held; and a blow-out of family fun activities on Saturday with turkey, hog and duck calling contest local band competitions, that will make you want to stomp your feet. Other special features include the “Wild Game Cook Off” and “Historical Re-enactments of events in Union Parish history.
